My main pool pump stopped working and in this Houston heat, algae can take over a pool quickly. Watts Pool Service had a booked schedule and originally was not able to book me for a few days. About two hours after my initial call, they called back, worked around a few appointments and was able to get me the next day; within 24 hours which is an excellent response in the Summer season.
The tech showed up on time and spent quality time troubleshooting the issue which ended up being the least expensive repair (bad circuit bypass switch), made the repair and my pool is in full service again. The tech was very experienced and friendly.
We’ve heard horror stories about pool companies. Watts Pool Service is not one of those companies and I recommend them.

We had a super soupy slimy nightmare pool emergency! The company we were using came highly recommended by the couple we purchased our home from. Unfortunately, their pool guy made a total mess of the pool. I wasted so much money and time. When he no-showed for our emergency appointment, I looked up another company, and after nearly 2 weeks of calling and emailing, couldn’t even get them to schedule a time to come out! Then, like a gift from the heavens above, the clouds parted, and a friend recommended Watts Pool Service to me. It was love at first sight. The office staff member was courteous, kind and reliable. She is also smart. She really knows her pool stuff. The tech arrived on time and was thorough. He even took time to show me lots of little tricks and explain some basics of my system. We lived with a SWAMP GREEN pool for over 3 weeks, and in 48 hours Watts had the pool CRYSTAL CLEAR. I was shocked, and so, so grateful. Call them. They are professionals and they care.

Our pool was built by Watts in 1991. Over the years we have had Watts Pool Service service our pool and have always had very good and honest service.
The technicians have always been very good in their work and always solve the problem. They have helped us with new pool pumps, new Polaris pumps, new chlorinators, new capacitors and circuit breaker issues. If they can repair it they do and if they can’t they replace the broken part promptly. They are always friendly and willing to explain what went wrong and how it can be fixed.
In short, they do what one would hope a repair man would do. They show up promptly, fix the problem, tell you what went wrong and do the work efficiently and quickly. We want to thank you for the good services.
